Ingredients
Beef Mince 1 kg with 15% fat
Onion fried 1 Cup
Cashew nuts 10-12
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Ginger 2-inch pieces
Green chillies 2
Water 3-4 tbsp.
Chickpea flour roasted ½ Cup
Salt 2 & ½ tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Mace powder ½ tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp.
Charcoal for smoke
Cloves 5-6
Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp.
Directions
- In a grinder, add fried onion, cashew nuts, garlic, ginger, green chillies, water & grind well.
- In a large tray, add beef mince, chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, mace powder, mix & knead well with the help of hands.
- Add clarified butter & mix well.
- Knead well with the help of hands for 12-15 minutes.
- Place cloves on charcoal & give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooking oil on a non-stick griddle.
- With the help of greased hands, take small quantity of mixture (45-50g) & fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 30-32).
- Serve with paratha & chutney.
