Ingredients

  • Beef Mince 1 kg with 15% fat

  • Onion fried 1 Cup

  • Cashew nuts 10-12

  • Garlic 8-10 cloves

  • Ginger 2-inch pieces

  • Green chillies 2

  • Water 3-4 tbsp.

  • Chickpea flour roasted ½ Cup

  • Salt 2 & ½ tsp or to taste

  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 2 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Mace powder ½ tsp

  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp.

  • Charcoal for smoke

  • Cloves 5-6

  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp.

Directions

  • In a grinder, add fried onion, cashew nuts, garlic, ginger, green chillies, water & grind well.
  • In a large tray, add beef mince, chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, mace powder, mix & knead well with the help of hands.
  • Add clarified butter & mix well.
  • Knead well with the help of hands for 12-15 minutes.
  • Place cloves on charcoal & give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cooking oil on a non-stick griddle.
  • With the help of greased hands, take small quantity of mixture (45-50g) & fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 30-32).
  • Serve with paratha & chutney.
