Semolina 125 grams

Cardamom 2-3

Directions
- Take a wok and heat it, add ghee and cardamom.
- Then add semolina and roast on medium flame for 6-8 mins.
- Carefully add water.
- Now add sugar and give it a good mix. Cook until sugar dissolve and oil separates.
- Add the dry fruits of your choice and enjoy.
