Ingredients

  • Semolina 125 grams

  • Water 2 cup

  • Ghee 1 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Cardamom 2-3

  • Pistachio as required

  • Almond as required

  • Grated coconut as required

Directions

  • Take a wok and heat it, add ghee and cardamom.
  • Then add semolina and roast on medium flame for 6-8 mins.
  • Carefully add water.
  • Now add sugar and give it a good mix. Cook until sugar dissolve and oil separates.
  • Add the dry fruits of your choice and enjoy.
